In 1997, Big Dutchman (Tianjin) Livestock Equipment Co., Ltd. was established as the wholly-owned enterprises of Big Dutchman International GmbH in China. In the same year, the Asia-Pacific logistic center and production facility was build up. In order to meet the local market demand growth, the production base in Tianjin Beichen Economic Development Zone was expanded to 4,400 square meters in 2011. Big Dutchman product quality management and quality control criteria in China remains in strict consensus with Big Dutchman group production bases in Germany, Europe, South America, and Africa.

In 2010, Big Dutchman (Tianjin) Livestock Equipment Co., Ltd Beijing Branch Company was established as the new Sales office, with other representative offices opened later in Guangzhou and Nanjing. In order to further meet the needs and the growing demands of intensive livestock farming in the China market, the existing office in Tianjin will continue to serve as the logistics center as well as the after-sales and technical support centers. This is a powerful measure to further promote the local business, as well as to better serve our local customers. China is a vast country, with various differences in each market environment.
