Lean Senior Manager

• Working with both GBS China and SCB China (banking Operations) to plan the scalability of this Lean program and execute end to end projects

• Promoting and supporting a culture of process improvement through the use of lean processes and tools across GBS China and country stakeholders

• Responsible for taking decisions Ｏn potential bottlenecks in processes to streamline them, and escalate where appropriate

• Work closely with the Unit Heads to identify, improve, review and approve changes

• Recommends major changes in processes and systems

Strategy

• To align the LEAN Operational Excellence journey for the Product Operations vertical with the agreed plans

• Accountable for creating awareness and acceptance of LEAN among all levels within the Operations in the Hub and Country Operations

• Exposure to Lean Management preferred

• Post Graduate (Engineers and MBAs preferred)

• Should have overall 6 -10 years of experience in Operations

• Lean Sig Sigma Black Belts certification would be an advantage

• Coaching, mentoring & training experience

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, influencing and change management skills

• Successful co-ordination and facilitation of delivery of project outcomes from various stakeholders

• Proven track record of delivering measurable and sustainable benefits from large process improvement programs

• Track record of building positive working relationships with people who work in a fast paced work environment

• Excellent communication in written and spoken Chinese and English

• Flexible, adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
